They trashed 'Jack' in 2007 and the new WCBS-FM is great.The "Jack" format was the radio version of New Coke. They misjudged the listeners preference in oldies and caught holy hell. The current CBS format is great if you like to hear the same 100 hits of the 80's over and over and leave out the real oldies. Bill Newkirk |
