OK, every where else, including here in Chicago. you can either hail a cab on the street, or call for one on the phone. New York seems to be the only place where you can hail a cab on the street, but they do not take phone calls, and the car services are the opposite, where you cannot hail one on the street, but call for them on the phone. |
