My understanding was that the crotchety old fossil had enough evidence to arrest President Obama.For breaking what law in the State of Arizona? Forgery? If so, that act was allegedly committed in the State of Hawaii, which happen to be out of his jurisdiction. If he is trying to build a case that would have made Barack Obama ineligible to be elected President of The United States, that would have gone nowhere, see 8 U.S. Code § 1401 - Nationals and citizens of United States at birth. As stated by Joe V above his WASP mother was born in Kansas, making him eligible to hold the office President of The United States regardless of where he was born on the planet.
