considering how he walks towards the front of vehicle, I doubt cops told him to do that.

Supposedly he has a history of drug trafficking and resisting arrest.

This guy should be alive. I still doubt cops told him to walk away. He is at the rear of vehicle and goes towards the front door. That's odd.
