Well you seem so adamant about describing how unions don't provide benefits provided elsewhere in the country through unions or their contracts in texas.My comments were about unions in general, not just in Texas. Small shops where employees are not members of national unions like the UAW typically don't get all the benefits in their contracts that members of the larger unions have. It's a fact of life based on the financial capabilities of the employer. |
