Bush, told People at an event in the Hamptons this weekend. “The truth is she was using [her email setup] for a year before I sent her a memo telling her what I did.”That statement is almost certainly true. That doesn't mean that Clinton didn't know about Powell's use of private email, and use it as part of her justification, long before he sent the memo. The career staff at State would have known all about it. |
