Zogby was always an echo chamber pollster

Not true. In 1996 his final presidential poll was within a tenth of a point of the actual result. He correctly called the Bush-Gore election in 2000. He also correctly called the 2001 Israeli election for Ariel Sharon and the 2000 Mexican election for Vicente Fox.
