I saw that message this morning so now I know what you mean.Did it have a map of your location? In which case the message is just about getting a more accurate fix. Assuming that it's in the ballpark, it will give you a route. That is weird. Whenever I quit the app in the middle of a trip, or even save it for later, it always prompts me if I'm still going to wherever I set as the destination. You can turn off Waze from Background App Refresh. |
