Metro is not backed up onto the highway because there is a very long entrance/exit ramp at Metropolitan which does not exist at Wythe. So even though Metro exit traffic is never backed up onto the highway, there are far more card exiting at Metro than at Wythe meaning longer exit times at Metro more often than at Wythe. |
