That's the classic style. :)The Del Rio and other others that were brought up in this post are more like diner-restaurants. They're much larger in capacity, have more complex menus and are generally Greek owned. The classic diners are a dying breed in some locations, but some are being trucked out of state to reopen and serve eggs over easy and coffee etc. if I'm correct, the Cheyenne Diner in NYC was trucked out of state and lives again.
