I never said that. The members of the DNC overwhelmingly favored Hillary because they thought she had a better chance to win and some of them made inappropriate suggestions. But the organization remained remarkably neutral.

Point me to a case of the DNC acting seriously biased against the Sanders campaign despite the general ill will after that campaign got unauthorized access to some DNC files.
