African-Americans don't fare as well as other groups in the criminal justice system. It's true. We need to address why this is the case

What do you mean "fare as well"? If the punishment fits the crime, then they have fared as well as they should have. More racism out of you.

What we need to address is why crime is higher among them, but since the answer is "left wing politics and culture", then nobody is going to want to address it, except non-left-wingers.
