The bureaucrats who can manipulate out lives don't answer to the government; they answer to the executive.LOL. Every single Federal regulation can be overturned by an Act of Congress. Further, when Congress passes a law they can specify the extent to which a federal agency can create regulations to fill in the details. And finally, the courts can rule that a federal regulation exceeds the authority granted in the original enabling legislation. What do you think so much of the political turmoil in this country has been about? What you're telling me is that it's either people lying to their constituents in order to get elected, or people too stupid to realize how government works. |
