Posted by bingbong on Mon Jun 27 10:39:18 2016 5-3, the usual suspects comprising the latter. Both the unnecessary surgical center requirements and the admitting priviledges are overturned. Thankfully, this is national as we have an actual decision. So many states that tried this road to repression are now turned back. |
