NIT is a trojan horse program that is downloaded to the computers of the suspects giving them full access and control of the contents. That old 4th Amendment is, as Dubya once was claimed to say, a "worthless piece of paper."The REAL question is if a judge signed off on Rule 41 to let them do that. |
