Not too many people try to get a home when they don't have a job, or at least a lot of savings or people supporting them financially. The point is what happens if the person or persons hit a bad spot, lose their job and become homeless, then what? What happens to their kids?

As for education, are you expecting kids to work through jr. high and high school just for the right to attend school?
