That's the guy who told a soldier in the combat area of operation of an elective war "you go war with the Army you have, not the Army you want or wish you had". Authorized Army personnel strength in 2001: about 500,000 Authorized Army personnel strength in 2008: about 500,000 I would know. I was still in the Army Reserve. The military didn't start getting built up until Obama took over. Then the Sequester rolled that back. You don't know much. You just don't know much. |
