Wrong Congress has refused to work with the President since 2011. A lot got done beforehand, and in a manner that should have fostered bipartisanship (such as no public option in ACA, a plan with republican origins). Since then, the republicans have sloely hewed to their dangerous agenda, producing next to no legislation since. |
