It was Congress who decided that they would block Obama at every opportunity. Look at the Supreme Court nomination as an example. Orrin Hatch even cited Merrick Garland as a compromise candidate who could pass the Senate before Obama actually appointed him. It's not about governance, it's just about blocking Obama.When the Democrats controlled Congress, stuff actually got done during the extremely brief period the Republicans lacked filibuster power. Referring to Hillary SS il douche may be accurate but not quite PC. Can't come up with a better comeback? |
