Popular vote is highly susceptible to manipulation, which is one reason we have the Electoral College.Huh? Isn't it the uncertainty of the popular vote in FL that caused the whole problem in 2000? If there had been no uncertainty about that, there would have been no uncertainty about the 2000 election. |
