The Constitution provides for the election to go to the House of Representatives.If the House was Democratic you can bet your bottom the Democrats would have made sure it went there. But with a GOP-controlled House there were even people who were suggesting that maybe Clinton could have stayed on for a while... Find THAT in the Constitution. |
