I've known rats that are pleasant to touch, like cats and some other pet rodents, unless you get a biter.BTW, just as a technical point, I doubt the credit card companies are getting anything close to 3% on premium payments. There is the promise of large volume, and a big insurer has lots of negotiating clout. Which was exactly the issue with Costco and Amex. |
