But they are still saving money by switching cards in the same way that BCBS is saving money by abandoning cards. Costco could increase sales by accepting all cards, but they don't.You are only assuming they are trying to discourage the Obamacare exchange. They are not obligated to participate and can stop offering the plan at all. |
