The police state that is necessary to expel illegal aliens in the numbers he wants.
He's probably not even going to bother. Protecting the national border is hate now? Are gang busts and anti terrorist busts hate now? Is arresting criminals hate against non-law abiding residents?

"Proposing the murder of children who are related to criminals"
What do you think the drones are and have been doing in the Middle East for years? Is it OK because Obama and Bush is/were hush hush about it? Is mentioning it now considered "proposing violence"?.

Proposing admission to the United States on the basis of religion.
He said put a hold to figure out what was going on. For example, when there is an escaped criminal, or gunman/robber on the lose, Schools go into Lockdown Mode. should they keep their doors open because it's hateful otherwise? Is it intolerant of criminals and parents?

The US doesn't have to let anyone in, the constitution is for US citizens not everyone else.

Encouraging physical violence against people who make non-violent protests.

There's protesting and then there is disruption. Every speech he has, there is some (paid)"protester" There were people in Arizona blocking the highway, and many other instances of disruption to his private events. But if you want to ignore the actions of certain people...

How about if for example someone screams at you with a loudspeaker whenever you're home, would you have a peaceful non-violent conversation about it?

It seems that "encouraging" violence is a big no no, but to engage in it, is perfectly fine LOL. Go figure.
