Well, the reason you attack me is because some years ago, we had a debate over immigration policy in which I proved you wrong and you had a screaming meltdown. I figured you'd be mature enough to get over it in a day or two, but it turned out you've spent the last few years fuming about how "mean" it was that I proved you wrong. At this rate, I doubt you'll ever grow up but hey, I can always hope. And you know exactly why you posted it Yep. It was Passover, so I posted a celebratory thread acknowledging the holiday just like someone does for every holiday. I am a Catholic, not very observant, but that's my choice, so I don't really follow many of the tenets. So then by your own argument, you are a self-hating Catholic who openly mocks Catholicism because you despise it that much. After all, according you you, WMATA, and all the other nutters in this thread, merely mentioning that you don't observe in the manner someone else tells you to is "mocking" and "taunting" them. You know, I'd be happy to bring a devout Catholic into this thread to take umbrage at your taunting them by not being observant in the manner they dictate. But I also don't go to a public message board to attempt to antagonize people that do observe... Wow. You just set the record for hypocrisy. You go to a public message board and make an attempt to antagonise devout Catholics, and then claim you would never do such a thing in the same post that you're doing it. ...and write that I had a Cheeseburger on Good Friday for dinner. You know, I have a Catholic aunt who I'm certain ate a cheeseburger on Good Friday at some point. If she posted as much here, would you scream about how her dinner choice was intended for the sole purpose of mocking all Catholics? |
