While the Shabbat rules are long and complicated, they can be fairly succinctly summarised as "no convenience, no fulfillment, and no fun."
But that's just your opinion. Plenty of people find convenience, fulfillment, and fun on the Jewish Sabbath.

you can barely even leave your house!
I leave my house all the time. Many people leave their houses on the Jewish Sabbath.
