Everything you have posted in this thread has been based on your childish assumption that I must celebrate my holiday in exactly the way you dictate, or I must provide you with an explanation for any variations that you are willing to accept. This assumption is, of course, completely asinine. I do not owe you an explanation for how I celebrate my holidays. I do not owe you an "authority" who is willing to pronounce my celebrations to be justified. You are not the dictator you think you are, so grow the fuck up. I could, of course, cite five names for you just off the top of my head. However, (a) they might object to being cited in this manner, as religious nutjobs like you are known for harassing people who they disagree with and you do have a history of demanding the death of infidels, and (b) you'd just move the goalposts and declare that my five authorities don't count because of reasons you made up, but most importantly, (c) I feel it's important to drive home this message that you really ought to learn, namely that you don't get to tell other people how to celebrate. |
