He should have to because he's not indigent is what I'm saying.......he never paid those grazing fees. That means there's cash somewhere. He owns cattle....that's cash when sold. He owns his home, ranch.....that's cash after creditors. He's just plain not indigent. That's what I'm saying.Since he's not indigent, he can pay his way until such time he no longer can. Then, just like any criminal defendant, he can get a public defender. Why do you thnk he should get any variety of soecial priveledge? |
