The 4th Cir. vacated the district court’s denial of Plaintiffs’ Second Amendment claim and ordered a rehearing. That means the Maryland law stands until the District Court rules otherwise. But I can see your confusion since based on the thread heading it read like I was saying the law in the circuit was that there is a fundamental right to own assault weapons. That's not what I meant. |
