I believe Cruz is ignorant enough to not know how often "New York" has been used as a code word for Jew.Cruz knew exactly what he was doing. The man attended Princeton and Harvard and his wife is a bigshot at Goldman Sachs and as cosmopolitan as it gets. He made the mistake of doing in a national campaign what works in a Texas state campaign, forgetting that he needs to win over the votes of Republican primary voters in otherwise big Blue State in order to get the delegates needed for the nomination. |
