This is from Wikipedia:Before co-hosting The View, Jones was a well-known legal commentator on television. She was first recruited by Court TV in 1991 as a commentator for the William Kennedy Smith rape trial, and spent several years as a legal correspondent for NBC's The Today Show and NBC Nightly News. She left NBC in 1994 to host her own court show Jones & Jury. Following its cancellation, she became chief legal analyst on Inside Edition, where she covered the O. J. Simpson murder trial and was the only reporter to interview Simpson during his civil trial. Strange that she would go from being a respected legal commentator to a yenta. Guess being a yenta pays a lot better. |
