Those laws are all about criminalizing abortion, as those states all wish to rescind the right of a woman to self determination through forcing her to continue a pregnancy against her will,i n anticipation of Roe being reversed. (There's plenty of reasons it should never be, but that digresses from the gun thing)They have nothing really do with with "fetal homicide". It's about oppressing the rights of women. |
