It determines that medical privacy is determined at the Federal level, and if you think that's wrong, remember it s the only thing that will insure your voice in your medical treatment, in mandating that wall of doctor/patient privacy, when single payer finally arrives. It alone ensures the government gets no part in your medical decisions.The day that decision comes own s something I've waited on for a long time. |
