Funny how everyone loves to toss that around,while Millions of American citizens " rights" are infringed upon daily.like that paper didnt.exist.Oh..Im sorry...I did say Americans CITIZENS,did I? Let me.reframe.that...I forgot.about the Classism Clause. I fogot about the Privileged.Class. A law is only as good as how its enforced. Case in point.. A group of individuals were having a party on the Manhattan bound Hoyt st platform...a real hoot.. Noisy..rude...open 🍺 right there for all to see. Not only were they not.approached by a uniform...with.a Transit Police District headquarters one flight above...they were pretty much left alone the entire time..about twenty minutes... Now,if they were Anything OTHER THAN PRIVILEGED CLASS...that platform wouw have been SWARMING WITH COPS..uni plus... |
