Since most electronics comes from over there, I've been perpetually amused by the crap they're selling, even more so with their really bad engrish in describing it. But then again, in the 1950's and 1960's, Japan was known for making the most gawd-awful crap and look at them now. The Chinese will eventually catch up.People don't buy quality anymore, they buy cheap with high markups. That's exactly what Alibaba has to offer, cutting out Target and Walmart as the middlemen and selling direct. Just a matter of time thanks to all that "world trade" before we become what they were. :( Unless we start rebuilding America and teaching our kids to do better than hunting for the hamburger symbol on a cash register. |
