I see it differently even if no one agrees. If they get into a traffic accident or otherwise run afoul of the law, you suddenly have something to do a backtrace with. What does enforcement have lacking that? Don't mind me, I think differently. I might not be a cop, but I *am* a detective. :)I like an easy trackdown given the choice. It's one more way to know where they are. You saw Trump's ridiculous thing about hoping to give them a badge, and maybe a tattoo. That's been done before, didn't work out very well and yet there's still a need to have some recourse against actual law-breakers. Feel me here? |
