You have no idea what you're taking about. Yes, there is a minor risk of bleeding. Using aspiration and a competent provider minimizes this risk to practically nil. A competent provider can clamp off a bleeder (stabilizing the injury) in the office and get the patient to a hospital for surgery which can't be handled anywhere but a full hospital surgical setting.

Making these offices comply with ambulatory surgical center specs is wasteful beyond the pale. There is simply no point to it. The handful of complication cases need to go to the closest ER,so admitting privileges aren't even an issue.

Learn to recognize fact, or stay out of it.
