The right to self determination is a fundamental American right. That includes reproductive rights for women, as they cannot completely enjoy self-determination without it. Rights are conferred to natural BORN persons per the Constitution. Emphasis on BORN. Roe established the state's interest as the point of fetal viability, which is actually around the 24th week, without heroic medical interventions not completely available to 100% of the population 100% of the time. |
