It highlights several older (tweenish) kids elucidating their feelings towards being told by RWers that they aren't actual citizens using vernacular that some here think of a cursing, a response expected from someone from the northeast, while considered acceptable in other parts of the country. The kids are cute, the message is focused on bigotry, not policy.
