Should have been a little more clear about Minix. It was one of the systems Linux first tried when he was in school, and he was highly underwhelmed by it. That's what set him off trying to hack together his own Unix version. And it was also when he formulated a phrase to describe it that lives to this very day, "blows goats." :)Minix inspired him to do something else is what I meant. |
