True. If she had just said "I can't do this, the deputy clerks will have to do it," the judge would not have ordered her otherwise.Or if she had said "You've changed my job description, I quit," that would have worked too. What do you think happens to a Muslim waiter when the restaurant gets a liquor license? Does the boss say, "Oh that's OK, I hired you before I got my liquor license, you don't have to serve liquor." |
