Brother Selkirk, I can call the Democrats liars and phonies until the cows come home and still there is a counter argument to that by those who don't think they are liars and phonies. However, as a Republican I have always believed since I became one that my party just keeps shooting themselves in the foot. That idiotic statement by Bush is proof positive that he is not big enough for the office he seeks, and unless we can win over some of those groups you mentioned we will be in the woods for years. What I cannot understand is why some of my friends here can't see that. |
