You have to get 40% of the Hispanics to win the Presidency. With most of them trying to do outdo Trump, they are now down to 23%. The only ones of the 17 that can be judged as sane people are Pataki and Graham, and they are at the bottom. Republican Primary polls are just that, they include UNlikely voters. With this bunch of 17 characters, there will be many.There are more Orientals and Indians here than prior elections, and they vote more heavily Democratic than the Hispanics, since the latter includes Cubans. Even there, Millenial-aged Cubans tend to be Democrats. Between now and Nov 2016, some number of well off, white, cranky, over-60 Republicans will die and be replaced by all of the above mentioned groups. As much as I do not like or trust Hillary. I'll hold my nose and vote for her. |
