If you open a business,you are seeking public access to your goods and services. If you have a problem with a customer or their expressed ideology, donate their profits to a cause you support. There's laws against denying access and they exist for good reason. That's how civilized people handle it.If you open a club you can do whatever between the people in its membership. That includes who you allow in. But you are forever limited to its membership. That's the price for being exclusionary. |
