Again, they are 74% of the population, so obviously..... The point was that whites outnumber blacks 6 to 1, yet their crime rates are similar to the level of blacks in many types of crime, and only two times as high in others. White crime could be 6 times the amount.of blacks for it to be the same level of crime, which it is not even close to. |
