You are correct about a reporter can be an unprivileged combatant, and you are right that Geraldo deserved to be kicked out, but the basis was careless stupidity; he wasn't an unprivileged combatant.

But I'm glad to see someone on the left finally admitting that there are some people ineligible for Geneva/Hague Convention protections.
