Posted by cortelyounext on Thu Jul 30 12:39:49 2015 I am planning to attend the Baylor v. TCU college football game on November 27 at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Ft. Worth, Texas. This should be a classic matchup between these powerful programs. The Progressive Democrats who make up the majority of this board will frown upon this for the following reasons:10. The schools in question, hereafter referred to as SIQs for purposes of this thread, are affiliated with organized religion which Progressive Democrats, hereafter referred to as PDs for brevity sake, hate. 9. Football is a contact sport and in the end there is a winner and loser. PDs hate those things. 8. The SIQs are both in 7. TCU Head Coach Gary Patterson hails from Rozel, Kansas while Baylor Head Coach Art Briles was raised in Rule, texasss. Said locales are in the bible belt which PDs hate. 6. Baylor is located in Waco which was the scene of the Koresh debacle. PDs hate the use of force under any circumstance. 5. The name Ft. Worth implies money. PDs, to include politicians in Washington, are part of the 99%. 4. TCU is known for tailgating and the brats and brisket and Bock will be everywhere. PDs enjoy dry Cabs and artisanal cheese. 3. texasss folk buy Ford F-150s while PDs, who hate America, buy BMWs and Lexii. 2. The Metroplex uses the image of the Mobil horse as one of its icons and, notwithstanding #3, PDs do not support Big Oil. ... and finally, the #1 reason the PDs will frown upon this: 1. c-rtely-unext is only a Moderate Democrat. |
