And NYC's murder rate is about half of Houston's, and its gun laws are much more similar to Chicago's.Therefore you conclude what? Abortion. More black babies are aborted than born in NYC. That certainly isn't hurting crime in NYC. I conclude demographics play a greater role than gun laws. NYC will worsen, but not be as bad as big cities like Chicago, or smaller cities like Camden. |
