Posted by Hamilton Express on Mon Jul 27 18:37:14 2015 Don't like flying to LaGuardia because of it's poor condition or service? Well, that's all about to change.Just today, New York state governor Andrew Cuomo along with Vice President Joe Biden unveiled a $4 billion dollar rebuilt LaGuardia Airport. The selected design showing the rebuilt airport was shown as well. The rebuilt airport includes a ferry terminal, the terminal being moved closer to Grand Central Parkway, and an Airtrain connecting to the (7) line and LIRR (Long Island Railroad) to note a few. Cuomo said that groundbreaking on this project will start next year, and adding that, the governor's office says phase 1 should be completed by 2019. This is an awesome idea.
