I don't think Hogan meant nigger in a bad way.He said he's not a racist. He meant it like calling certain whites a "redneck" or Italians a "guido" or clean-cut whites "preppie" etc...... Certain blacks, and most certainly a rapper, would address other blacks as nigger, and portray that urban black image. And I think that's what Hogan meant. |
